As soon as it's double digits °C my goto is homemade cold brew iced latte. Caffeine is really interesting though, doesn't seem to affect me at all, even right before sleep. Tried a 3 month caffeine break, didn't make a difference either.

Mark from Northern, Michigan here! Just sending some love! If you have time for a reverse boosty boostyboost well then I wouldn’t mind https://fountain.fm/show/5UsMo2IL7LwDbAVWlJ4a @nevent1qvzqqqp…
-
NO MORE timetravel boosts! Finally caught up again :) Mike Ross Sounds fun, if we are going for lawyers, I'd probably go with Jimmy/Saul Goodman though. https://fountain.fm/show/5UsMo2IL7LwDbAVWlJ4a @nevent1qvzqqqp…

Checking out some some pods I hadn't heard before. I enjoyed this one, what are some pods you guys recommend that I haven't boosted before? #asknostr You can see everything I boost on onlyboosts.social: https://onlyboosts.social/booster/npub1xgyjasdztryl9sg6nfdm…

TIMETRAVEL BOOOOST (EP 81, almost done!) I wouldn't count watching TV as a Hobby. I have to many already anyway, don't want to add that to the list :D Reading a book totally counts though in my view.
-
Don't have anything particularly clever to say, so for now I am going with: Boosty boost boost boost.
-
Hot take on hobbies: watching TV and reading a book is NOT a hobby. That is “entertainment”. A hobby needs some kind of effort on your part that potentially builds a skill. BUT, reading the most books or becoming an expert in a TV show ARE hobbies IMO.
-
TIMETRAVEL BOOOOST! EP 77 in Vacuums: Shortly after getting cats we got a (now two) Roborock Vacuums. Would'nt go back, they are so great. One of the few pieces of I buy tech where there are still very meaningful generational improvements.
-
You really need to add these Songs to your Jupiter Extras feeds or a separate Jupiter Music Feed. RSS ftw!
-
Another TIMETRAVEL BOOOOST for fireworks in EP 73 Have not been setting off any myself for years, but like watching them. Luckily we have a nice view from our roof terrace and can just watch everything the neighbors/city is setting off on New Years :)

Hey there Chris and Angela! Second time booster but also joined as a member a few months ago. Love the show! Please keep it going.
-
I don't like to acknowledge my birthday in general. I'd rather it not exist sometimes, but I will celebrate everyone else's birthday with great enthusiasm
-
Hey Chris and Angela! Thanks for all the hard work to put this show together. This and LUP are my favorite.
-
Mark from Northern, Michigan here! Boosting because I care! And also as far as how do I call The launch the same that I do when I call anyone else. I either use Apple CarPlay or Siri and say call The launch.
-
TIMETRAVEL BOOST! EP69 you talked about binging. I still enjoy the occasional binge, though for new shows what turned me off a lot is them being cancelled before a conclusion, e.g. with Wheel of Time. I'm looking forward to the Brandon Sanderson apdaptions on Apple TV, as he retains a lot of creative control. So I hope it won't turn into a shit show. https://fountain.fm/show/5UsMo2IL7LwDbAVWlJ4a @nevent1qvzqqqp…

HAPPY LAUNCH SUNDAY ON A TUESDAY

I can’t believe nobody mentioned the most obvious solution for your coyote problem…roadrunners. While researching the historical record, it seems that a 1:1 ratio should do the job. And if that doesn’t work, send them a subscription to the ACME Catalog and when they start ordering the faulty and untested products, the problem will take care of itself.
-
TIMETRAVEL BOOST! EP 63 about Monitor Setups: I use an ultrawide 34" 1440p QD-OLED and a 27" 1440p on the side, both for gaming and work. Fair warning though, once you go OLED / good HDR you can't go back, even had to switch my TV as well😅
-
Couldn't make it yesterday since the storms in my area knocked out the regions electricity. Thankfully I have a portable generator to keep water and fridge running. Maybe it's time to invest in a battery system with an inverter and a bigger generator to keep more of the home running
-
TIMETRAVEL BOOST! In EP61 you talked about the iPhone fold. I wouldn't switch to apple, but been using a pixel fold for two generations. Great experience, especially for multitasking (scrolling reddit while watching YouTube 😜). But it's a company phone and I wouldn't buy it myself for the price, the inner screen is just way to flimsy. My first generation Pixel had screen issues three times, luckily warranty each time.

We've started to do 'bowls' for family and friend gatherings. Each person brings a few things. Think of all the options at a Chipotle or similar. You can set a theme for the bowl like Mexican, Indian, Korean etc. It seems to work well for dietary restrictions as you build your own bowl. Also I think it allows people to put in as much or as little work as they want. The challenge is coordination, with small groups a group chat works but large groups you need a sign-up spreadsheet with categories.
-
Got some extra overtime from the side gig. Figured I'd send it to my friends at the launch!
-
TIMETRAVEL BOOST EP56! Currently in the Hospital after a small nose surgery, so more time to catch up on JB :) In the episode you asked about hoarding, for me it's mostly non perishable foods, like pasta, soy sauce,... Can't pass a good deal when there is one for things I need to buy again anyway!
