575 I’m no lawyer (thank god, I can sleep at night), but isn’t there an opportunity to raise a criminal case against “the government”, for knowingly breaching procedures, over reaching their powers and setting a precedence that individuals in the government feel they are above the law? If these individuals aren’t prosecuted this then sets a precedence that the law is meaningless and the power rests with unelected bureaucrats?

525 “I like Bitcoin but I don’t own any”, said no one who actually knows anything about bitcoin, ever!!!! The ability to accept that traditional valuable tools may need to be revised is lacking. The ponzi argument of paying yield with issuing stocks is worthy, but at the scale mstr do it, I think minimal and make sense for bringing in more funding.
