I am setting mine up for my wife’s work. She does endless paperwork that is data entry. Hermes is crushing those paperwork tasks and allowing her to work at a higher more rewarding level.

9k Have you guys tried pi coding agent? I’m running it with a llama.cpp with unsloth qwen3.8_q4_k_xl with mtp and no vision mmproj for extra speed. Feels almost frontier like. I ditched Hermes and opencode as they felt too bloated for local models.
