Essentially it has increased my productivity, reducing my hours, allowing me to spend more time on human interactions with my students and colleagues. Same result as when I started using online testing tools and translation software (second language teacher) as they became more effective over the last 2 decades.

2.1k This reminds me of the first book I read on blockchains « The Truth Machine ». Always building your reputation, still as anonymous as you choose, and your reputation still has value. Way down the line, but could you imagine a « sorry » button? And a « forgiven » button? Seems people either say nothing for fear of becoming a meme, or hide behind burner accounts, and have no guard rails. Wouldn’t it be nice to feel you could fuck up and make amends?

1k A number of questions…how is Elon less of a ruler, by definition, not trying to be argumentative, and do we not delay the process of embracing the power of decentralization when we speak about the « rulers » we don’t hate like they are somehow better than the ones we do? 500 This scenario runs through my head every time we talk about how much Strategy is holding. This administration or the next realizes a private company holds this much « power » and only 1% of citizens are holding bitcoin…how hard of a democratic sell is it to nationalize Strategy?

500 Help me understand, maybe I missed it. Strategy is selling bitcoin it bought at the all time high and harvesting capital gains losses which they plan to take that return to then buy more bitcoin. I don’t know the calculation, and it seems like not doing so would be like leaving money on the table.
