After several years of continuing to reduce my participation in the fiat system, those who have stuck with me have given up on trying to drag me back into the system. They still don't really understand what the ideals I'm striving for though.

Hopeful on local models. One must learn to cook using the toolbox of local models vs use the fast food version (Anthropic). Currently a hybrid approach seems to work pretty well. Doing some prompt engineering through a model like Grok on what you want to do and how to tell an agent running on local models to do that job.
