1k I make greeting cards for my kids that pay them Bitcoin with lightning and Cashu. It gives a visual, tangible representation of electronic cash. That's why I think it's a useful tool for teaching smaller children how to earn, spend, and save sats.
Because you can't tell a five year old to read the White Paper. "Put away The Cat In The Hat Tommy! It's time to have fun staying rich with BIP39!" So I think Cashu is a great first step.
"Thank you you for putting away you're toys Tommy. Here is a piece of paper redeemable for 1,000 sats."

100 Wow criticism of shitty design on a Bitcoin podcast. That's a rarity worth zapping.
Now do Bitbox and their lack of an airgap, liquid (and being a shitcoin), Start9 and being a system to dumb people down and convince them that their nodes are too hard to understand, Trezor and being a steaming pile of garbage...
I get it...y'all need sponsorships from somewhere. Nonetheless, refreshing to hear criticism for a change for bad design.

1k Re:other nodes and making news, you're clearly not watching Eric Voskuil on Twitter. Libbitcoin 4 just did IBD in 14 minutes on a consumer connection (with assumevalid height of 950k) and 55 min for full validation. Older than Knots, and older than Core being called, well, Core.
They slept for a good few years but are waking up with a vengeance.

This part about the game theory was super fucking ridiculous. It looks like he randomly picked some game theory thought experiments on Wikipedia to argue Bitcoiners pretend to care about game theory to pretend their money is "scientific" rather than "ideological." Satoshi describes the 51% attack using the Gambler's Ruin problem, not the Prisoners Dilemma. I read that yesterday and was like..What the hell is this guy even talking about? 🦆
