Good morning sir, in regards to El Salvador, I had a fantastic teacher who warned me, “Numbers are suspect.” Anyone can manipulate numbers to their end. Citing a 1% adoption “nationwide” throws shade on the 8-10% (totally making this number up) of adoption within the geographical limits of the developing circular economies. In your opinion which of those two is not significant?
