I would like to encourage more thought and discussion around more podcasting apps integrating Nostr. From my singular perspective and experience I have really enjoyed going back and forth on fountain and primal. Also, Considering that many V4V musicians are using it, Open Mike is into it for live events, I think it makes sense for the apps to go where the artists are.

Dave, the magic of midjourney is not that it spits out something pretty decent the first time, there’s a new type of creative process you need to experiment with. It’s not just about variants, use the “blend” feature and “describe”. Look at how it describes your personal images and craft your prompts based on that. Give it specific instruction on how the Logo is shaped. If you used “a logo for” then I see why you feel the way you do but IMO there is something special about midjourney. I used it for my short film and a dropshipping store and was very pleased with what I got. Experiment more!

While you were discussing short form video my mom sent me 5 different reels on Instagram and Facebook in a 30 second span.

I was born in 1997, I feel like I’m one of the only people my age who even know what an RSS feed is and why podcasting is awesome. I’ll be sure to drill all this opportunity to my 6 year old nephew, Gen alpha will be on RSS.

As a podcaster, Live-streaming my podcast has been a game changer, really happy Podhome has the LIT tag. It’s Very simple to set up. I have recently been their video creator for tutorials and have a couple videos to walk you through how to set up your broadcast tool and link it up with podhomes server. Go to any of podhomes socials or the Podcast Normie YouTube channel to check it out. Maybe I could make Godcaster tutorials for you guys if you need them.

Dave, please know there’s a random guy in Los Angeles who deeply loves your spirit and your work. It’s clear that your intentions are to serve podcasting and all that enjoy it. I really love how you guys have artists in discussing bitcoin. It’s truly the most important thing for this culture.

I got something special I think the board room will like. I spoke with one of the Co-Creators, Emily Hughes, of a Bitcoin Board Game called “BLOCKHUNTERS” it’s like monopoly but uses the structure of how Bitcoin is mined and transacted into a 30 minute game. Whoever has the most bitcoins wins. There’s even a character you can play as who uses V4V to earn money for their art. Emily and I talk about the game, her mental health/psychedelic journey, God and parallels between Bitcoin and spirituality. Listen to EP 145 of AMERICAPLUS if you’re interested, I think all of you will enjoy it.

Two thoughts on Trumps crypto games: 1. He has decades of history branding his name on easy to market products, the memecoins are no different. So business as usual I’d say. 2. A - government and monetary policy are going through there own little ICO phase, history proves it all leads back to Bitcoin. B - every other shitcoin being valued by the government has zero impact on either inflation worsening or Bitcoin in general. If printing infinite money and increasing debt is a problem, I can easily see why pro-crypto-Trump-world wants these other coins. The creation of more crypto does not negatively effect the US. The continued creation and hence devaluation of the Dollar does. Trump made a joke about writing a crypto check to cover national debt, if the US legitimizes crypto and uses that as a path to cover debt, that only helps bitcoinization. Am I crazy??

Hey great talk with emily! A bitcoin board game is probably one of the most unique creations in this space. I need to buy it.

Outing myself by saying this is the first time I listened to anything @npub1qny3tkh0a… and I think he’s cool. I’m very bullish on bitcoinization, Trump presidency will be unprecedented for many things I believe for the prosperity of everyone, with bitcoin being the foundation of it. Great episode.

Great talk with shooter, now I want to checkout his documentary. As a director myself, I see why he wants to get his movie on the big platforms but with tools like RSS and Nostr I think those big guys are becoming irrelevant. Along with bitcoin specific platforms like @npub1ah55ex8qs… led by @npub1k59c304ce… there is big opportunity to grow a parallel streaming culture. I spoke to him on episode 139 of my podcast, He has a real vision. Maybe “No more inflation” will find a streaming home there. I know mine will.

I loved this episode and your talk with open mike. Listening to you guys for the first time today, im happy there’s a bigger community who sees the vision with Nostr and podcasting. I thoroughly love this podcast and am getting more into Nostr because of you guys and fountain. When it comes to AI music, I’ve enjoyed making instrumental Jazz/swing on Suno. AI vocals suck. I might publish what was made, but have never seen myself as a musician. For the app, would you ever consider having a radio station for each genre? I think that will help with discovering artists in an easy way.

Adam spoke about the power of RSS, reminded me of how me and Kyrin Down became friends from across the globe specifically because of podcasting. If anyone in the board room is interested, Kyrin came on AMERICAPLUS and we talked about our shared experience of one year of grieving after we each had a parent die last year. It’s honest conversations like this that make podcasting important.

The most interesting thing sandy from YouTube said was in regards to YTMusic and main YT “People start, stop and pick back up in different places”. Makes me think as a producer of podcasts, it’s smart to have Video as apart of “the full package” so I can take advantage of that consumption truth. Be available everywhere even if the video is a static graphic. People will still see your brand and if you make quality content then it only helps not hinders.

I have been @npub1v5ufyh4lk… ride or die since the beginning. The social side of the app has always been the coolest thing, and now with Nostr, it’s been enhanced by a degree almost unseen. Lets go!!!!!

I literally downloaded primal a month ago and now there’s a huge update. Really great talk to the guy who built it. The more I think about Nostr, the more I’m into it. It’s only because Fountain became a client that I got Nostr curious. I see the value.

Phenomenal conversation! I had the privilege to visit Marks Raw Farm in April 2024, a true once in a lifetime moment for me. His cows are healthy and tested daily. His families milk changed my life.
