Regarding the discussion of movie theaters and how they suck these days, I found a local, family owned chain of theaters in Missouri (B&B Theaters) that has good retro movie nights during the week. Recently saw Jaws on the big screen for the first time. The bar/concessions staff is always great and they don't skimp on the pour. I can't stand going to a movie at a Cinemark or AMC, especially on a weekend when it's packed full. All the horrible shit you described is always par for the course there. My wife and I gave up on the bar scene years ago, but the local movie theater is a good place for a snack, few drinks, and a show on a week night.

Fountain live streaming appears to be broken. There is an issue with the m3u playlist parsing. I submitted to fountain support but figured I'd also boost a row of Richards in case others are having a similar issue.

Glad you are covering this story. I think anyone deserves their freedom once they've done their time, but that doesn't mean we have to support them in their endeavors.
