We normally don’t think about a corporation having property rights, but what else is happening when the agent of a corporation calls the police to report the breaking and entering of one of its buildings? The police are there to report and potentially stop a crime, that of the impedance on the property rights of the corporation. That isn’t just law & order, but the evidence of personhood. Note: Municipalities love bringing in more corporations vs more people in dwellings.. It is more money in taxes with less police enforcement. A corporation cannot beat its spouse and children, but it can write a check for property taxes.

LEGAL LOBSTER PERSON SERIES 2/? Alright, but what is a legal person? We can all explain what a natural person is (I hope). Anything in the Homo genus is considered a human (where the name comes from) and considered a person. Well, a legal person would be any type of corporation. Alright, I’m suspicious. There's literally no need for hardware wallets. I've never trusted them and never have. You'd have to be both a software and hardware engineer to know they're safe. Satoshi didn't need one and all his roughly 22k individual wallets are still safe. Roll your own dice and use multisig and passphrases if you feel the need.
