Oh boy. You really tried Natalie but he really doesn’t understand bitcoin. And bitcoin is not intuitive. You really have to understand the protocol before you can be confident. He is however right about us not understanding how bad things can get. We are a bit complacent about how violent the state can become (Israel as an example).

Great to have a contrary voice amidst all the hype. John Calvalno is worried that being the government into Bitcoin can lead to Bitcoin capture but really how? If US starts buying at scale that cannot be hidden and other governments around the world will jump in and price goes up and then companies and retail will jump in because of FOMO.
