I noticed that you don't talk a lot about mining in TWIB like you did in PlanB.
I'm thinking that mining would be a fun hobby to get into and learn more about Bitcoin while helping the decentralization. Right now I'm looking at the Bitaxe Gamma and might scale out from there. Right now I have an AlbyHub hosted by Alby. Is there anything you think I should know before getting into it, or any tips you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the important news about BINS. I had not heard that. As you said, they have clearly revealed their hand now and its a good one. So, either they kill Bitcoin fungibility and solidify the fiat empire or they accelerate the revolt into a value-for-value alternative. Every FYC transaction directly between Bitcoiners is one more removed from the KYC stranglehold.

Hey Chris, I’m curious if you’ve looked into the Spark layer 2 solution from LightSpark. Seems really promising and that it would be a good compliment to Lightning. It feels a lot like Liquid, but more trustless. It feels like there are a lot of new layer 2 solutions in the works right now and I’d love your take on them. As always, thanks for the show!

Thanks for the value as alway, I certainly don’t like all this talk about governments/ corporations guarding the “on and off ramps” to the block chain and threatening to mandate only KYC routes they approve of, what are you thoughts on the BIS’s proposition of “duty of care”. I feel that would be next to impossible to implement but we tend to be lemmings as a population at times.
