How did you do with your kids? They started with you as well? Sometimes they ask for pasta, pizza etc. I saw that you can do carnivor pizza etc but i am wondering if I should be less strict with them and allow some cheat days for them to make it more smooth for them.
I would still continue the carnivor diet but allow them to eat something else once/twice a month.
