I find this episode very interesting, but drastically changing your life for health advice (throw your digital life away because of blue screens), from a guy that obviosly doesn’t think about diet and exercise, who made himself obese. Jack thinks his own field, is the ONLY thing that matters? I’m going to do what he himself adviced other guys to do and take a little wisdom from everyone and discard the rest. He decreased his health span because of his overweight, I (might) loose some health span because I don’t take 100% of his advice, but increase health span in other areas because I do care about diet, exercise and good supplements.

On 15th of April, 1912 the Titanic sank in the North Atlantic with the loss of 1507 lives. Titanic had a sister ship, The Olympic. Titanic and The Olympic was both created by White Star Line, which was purchased by J.P. Morgan. The Olympic was the first ship to be built. It was part of an accident, where a ship created a big crack in it. 14 years later this fictional book would play out in real life exactly down to the name, with the wreck of the Titanic; but this time it would have major political implications. Some of the wealthiest men in the world were on that ship and some were opposed to the Federal Reserve and central banks. FACT: JP Morgan funded/built the Titanic FACT: JP Morgan was booked on the voyage but canceled at the last second. FACT: Friend of JP Morgan, Milton Hersey, also canceled at the last moment and survived to build the Hersey food empire. FACT: There were no red flares on board to signal to any boats for rescue. Only white flares that signal a party and that everything is okay. FACT: It was the first ship of its kind with the ability to seal decks electromagnetically which could also seal people below deck. FACT: The Captain Edward Smith was one of the most decorated Captains of his time and would have been totally out of character by avoiding precautions. FACT: The author of the book was poisoned to death a couple years after the Titanic sank. FACT: The Federal Reserve was formed the very next year. FACT: The Astor Family was one of the richest families in the world and John Astor III opposed the Federal Reserve. [[John Jacob Astor IV]], the richest man in the world at the time, a friend of Nikola Tesla, and an outspoken opponent of the creation of the Federal Reserve. Astor gained his wealth, in part, as a real estate builder, investor, and inventor.
