In Brother Jon’s case the biggest piece of advice I have is start where you’re at. You may not have the hour to crush it in the gym, you may be tired from work. But not training will make you a weak man like the Pharisees.
When you get home start with one set up pull ups, a set of dips, then grab that spare tire and hurl it towards the heavens with righteous fury! After you will start to feel good and may want to do more, but even if you don’t, at least you did something.
When it comes to training month over month you’re far better off to do a half ass workout than no workout at all. When things kick off you’ll need that strength to protect your family.

1k I used to drink a lot years ago. Then I was sober for a while and not sleeping much, so then I started smoking a ton of weed. But recently I cut down a lot to try to save my lungs 😂. There’s nothing wrong with munchies, you just need to stock up on healthy snacks like beef jerky, trail mix and fruits. Weed and 🍄are the key to sanity and prosperity of the soul!

But is listening to 80-100 hours of Bitcoin podcasts every week the REAL cheatcode (sorry Peter McCormack)? If Ive only been in Bitcoin for 3 years, but I've listened ti every episode of RHR, Rock Paper Bitcoin, and the Canadian Bitcoiners Podcast, am i accelerating to OG status? How many Bitcoin podcasts do I need to listen to to get Adam Back to call me an OG? And why does Fountain (podconf approved?) have charts for podcasts, but not for podcast listeners?
