You said Windows 11 requires you to log in with a Microsoft account. I really doesn't. I work IT in a school and with the Pro version of Windows you can log in with a local or domain account and no Microsoft Account at all. Windows Home does require a Microsoft account. If I get a Home machine I setup with a throwaway account, upgrade to Pro and switch to a local account. I'm not sure if you even have to upgrade to Pro to do that, but I always do for other reasons. Use whatever works for you, but I just find it easier than working with Mac or Linux due to hardware and software support issues. Best regards.

Sir Gene, do you leave your iPads charging constantly? I know the chargers are supposed to prevent overcharging, but I don't think that always works perfectly. I had the same screen separation happened with an Android tablet. Also I had it happen with the Nexus 4 phone, but it was in a closed area that was probably overheated as well. Just curious. I've never had an iPad separate. 🤷‍♂️

You're not imagining things Darren. I do IT support. Macs are less intuitive in many ways. Software support is nowhere near as good. Worse, when things go really bad, unless you're a Unix (which is what macOS is based on) guru you might as well just reinstall the OS and start over. Half the people at my work want Macs but can't give you a legitimate reason why. They don't work as well with our front servers or file servers. People insist they're easier but then don't know how to do even the most basic things without help. It's a cult.

I would donate $50 if either a Ukrainian super model or, better yet, Bemrose dressed as one would deliver the poncho.

I didn't know how much of a Billy Bob fan I was until not that long ago. I like him and everything. The rant on the windmills was amazing. It's funny how much he sounds like Hank Hill from King of the Hill in Landman. Great show!

I know I'm a little behind, but I just heard you talking about Community and Babylon 5. Dude Named Ben Named Ben got the way better deal out of that trade. I'm a sci-fi nut and I thought Babylon 5 was crap. The special effects were done on Commodore Amigas with NewTek Video Toasters. I was an Amiga fanatic at the time and still found it unwatchably bad. Community, however, was amazing. Good luck.

The Florida law has little to do with protecting children. Just like 95% of what schools do on campus to protect children is ineffective and just there to show they made an effort for liability reasons.
